Jason Morgan is an exceptional plumber, and he delivered and installed our new hot water heater as promised. He also brought out two mobile a/c units to cool our house as we await installation of a new a/c - furnace for our home. Both the water heater and a/c units went out at roughly the same time, and both Jason and Russells's have delivered strong service to our family when others could not. Jason was ably assisted by Alex who also represented well the high quality of the Russell's staff. Thank you, Jason and Alex.
