Only days before a trip to visit my family in Europe, I was horrified to discover that my US passport had recently expired. I have never used a passport service before, but I was completely out of options; so, I requested passport renewal service through RushMyPassport, and I was not disappointed. OMG! Talk about doing things very backwards. After being so excited that I'm taking a great trip, getting the reservations confirmed, I'm being asked for my passport id. We discovered our passports were lost the day before we were to leave for Peru. I recently utilized your services to obtain an expedited passport, I was fortunate enough to have Ken Altman helping me. He was so very helpful and explained the ""paperwork dance"" well, walking me through the process. Unfortunately, I had a hiccup with my birth certificate, it wasn't the type required for the process.
