I needed to get a first-time passport, and I wasn't in THAT much of a hurry. The specialist assigned to me (Laurie Frias) was very helpful and walked me through the process. Even though I had to do most of the legwork myself (which makes sense considering the documents involved), I completed the process with no trouble at all. Yes I had to do what was needed but... That was understandable. Yes I had to provide all of the needed documents that only ""I"" could obtain. But Ken Altman my specialist then walked me through all of the necessary steps. My calls we answered and he took my situation seriously. I got my passport delivered personally to my door in the time promised!!! This is the 2nd time I've used RushMyPassport and I have had great service each time. The 1st time my wife needed her passport within 3 days because of a death of a family member in Canada and the 2nd time was for my 15 year old daughter to travel to Japan with her high school. With my minor daughter's passport, the agent Ken Altman was very knowledgeable with the additional requirements for a child's vs an adult's passport application and what to look for on the birth certificate to determine if additional documents may be required. I appreciated his patience, thorough explanations, and consistent followup. Thank you Ken and RushMyPassport for doing what you do well. A minor issue - the instructions on the check list in regards to the ""Letter of Authorization"" can be improved as to where/who gets the those documents. more

I had an important international trip booked already, when I realized that my passport had expired in the summer(!). A time crunch is never pleasant, but a time crunch that involves international travel is more than a weensie bit harrowing(!). Yet from beginning to end, Laurie Frietas at RushMyPassport exceeded my expectations on every level, including detailed instructions to get me started, communication regarding the progress of the processing of my documents, and of course - the biggest thing: timely, excellent service. I received my updated passport, with time to spare! Sooooo....Wednesday morning my boss called me in his office to let me know that I'd be going to Europe in the next couple of weeks. (How exciting!). The excitement went away when I got home and could not find my passport where I keep all my important docs. I went on panic mode. Going through the traditional way would take 2-3 weeks, for my sanity I needed a new passport ASAP. My husband and I went online and stumbled upon rushmypassport, I checked out the reviews and there were a mix of good reviews and quite a few ""this is a scam"" reviews. After more research online I decided to go ahead and use rushmypassport, hoping wishing and praying that this company was legit. It didn't take me long to realize that this company had great customer service, I called them at least 5x before making my decision. I followed the instructions and Teddy Etienne made sure that I had all the correct paperwork. It's ashame that people who can't read and/or follow instructions instantly write long bad reviews and alot of people that got great service aren't taking the time to add a great review. Anyways, back to my story. I spoke with Teddy on Friday mid-morning, and by 4pm I was finally leaving the FedEx place. Yesterday (monday) morning I received a call that they received my package, yesterday afternoon everything was processed and today (tuesday) at 2:30pm I had my brand spanking new passport in hand.
