My experience with Rush My Passport has been absolutely phenomenal. I found out a week before my trip that my passport was expired and I went to this website for help. I saw the fast turnaround time within two business days, so I thought I would give it a try. From the moment I applied, I was assisted and informed every step of the way. Almost every day I was updated with any request I had. Every person I talked with was amazing and helpful. When I think of excellent service, this is it! My experience was well beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. i searched quite a few options and went with RushMyPassport.. James Rosier was my rep and stayed with me through a several of my nervous calls as i wanted to ensure I had done everything on my end correctly as i would be receiving my passport within 24 hours of travel. Rush My Passport was a great experience and I am so glad I used them. James Rosier helped me through the entire process and was very patient and informative of everything that I needed to do throughout the process. Got invited to a last minute vacation out of the country and the post offices were backed up until March in my area so this was a perfect solution and I received my passport in a week. more

I called on Saturday and Cindy from Rushmypassport calmly and patiently walked me through all the paperwork I needed to get together for my renewal. Originally I was only going to add pages to my existing passport, but Cindy pointed out that it was really on a few dollars more to get a new passport and basically free to have twice as many pages. Awesome! Better yet, I signed up for their most basic expediting service, dropped off my paperwork on Monday, and had everything returned in 7 days! I would definitely recommend giving this service a shot. more

My father was terminally ill in nearby Palm Beach Gardens. I was convinced that I could not visit my children studying abroad in the near future. James Rosier and the West Palm Beach Rushmypassport staff literally walked me through the lost passport process including taking my photo, guiding me to the local courthouse to have my documents sealed, and, then, FedEx-ing them to Washington DC (despite the government shutdown). My husband and I were amazed that I received my passport a few days later. Our friends (and our West Palm Beach attorney) remain extremely impressed with my passport story including the professionalism and support of James and all of the Rushmypassport. Marsha more
