I wasn't impressed with my contact at Rushmypassport. She was unresponsive and didn't take any initiative. It was frustrating to have to pay all that money and not get responsive...

James Rosier, my case manager, was phenominal. \r I got time from work. rushed home . Booked my hotel. flight and the I realized my passport was expired and my trip was in 7 days. Panic..... But James was amazing and got my passport to me in 4 days. Thank you for your wonderful service more

A lifesaver service...RushMyPassport is a passport expediter service that I used to renew my expired passport...within a week. There was a price, of course, however, the service was very easy to understand and use. The person I worked with was knowledgeable, and continued to communicate with me throughout the process. \r Best of all, my passport was delivered on the day they said it would arrive! They delivered what they promised and my account representative, Teddy Etienne, out of the West Palm office was on top everything. He emailed me with updates on the status of my application daily. This site was really helpful in getting my passport ASAP. They had case managers assigned to each person, and they would walk you through each step of the process. My case manager Ileana Vasquez was extremely helpful in providing me the best possible service. \r She made sure I was filling out the correct forms, and aided me with each step I had to take. She even went the extra mile by providing me with extra fast service, and looking up post offices in my immediate area that would sign my paperwork. She also helped me find a FedEx in my area, since that is the shipping service they use. Then once everything was complete she confirmed everything again with me, and kept me involved until my passport arrive; and then checked to make sure everything went well after I received my passport. \r I would 100% recommend this site to a friend, and my case manager Ileana Vasquez as well.\r I really do not have any negative things to say about this service, just make sure you call the case manager and explain exactly what you need, so that you are certain that you have all the correct information.\r more
