I am very grateful for this helpful service, which had very good customer service. After I discovered, one week before our international flight, that my daughter's passport had expired, I panicked! However, my case manager James Rosier remained calm in the midst of my panic and walked me through things very carefully. He answered my phone calls--and even took the time to call me back. He was great--and the passport arrived in time! more

Awesome service! Professional, friendly, affordable, and boy did they get the job done. My passport renewal would have taken a month (I'm guessing) without this kind of service. They had my renewed passport to be in less than a week! more

He not only helped me step-by-step through a stressful and difficult process because of the short notice of my travel, but he is the only reason why things worked out in my favor because of his quick thinking when Hurricane Sandy was threatening the east coast. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the respect I have for this service. I managed to lose my passport 24 hours before I was leaving to go back home oversees after spending the summer with my family in the US. Pablo Ferro was able to calm me and advise me of the best situation for me. He was clear, concise and confident which made me feel so much better about my situation. He could have taken my money and replaced my passport, but he didn't. He listened to me and was able to what was best for me. In the end I was able to recover my passport (I left it at a notary public's office) with 4 hours to make my flight. I am so grateful to my ""angel"" and will recommend this service to everyone. more

This is an amazing service! We needed a passport for my son in less than a week. Sabrina Meyers was on top of everything. The communication was tremendous. My husband and I were beyond impressed with the prompt service we received in particuliar with Laurie Frias! Her followup with us thru every step of the process was very impressive!
