I recently utilized your services to obtain an expedited passport, I was fortunate enough to have Ken Altman helping me. He was so very helpful and explained the ""paperwork dance"" well, walking me through the process. Unfortunately, I had a hiccup with my birth certificate, it wasn't the type required for the process. When I received the email notification from you, I contacted Ken immediately and he gave me several suggestions. I called him several times when I ran into an obstacle and he was very knowledgeable, professional yet so very sweet and patient. Oh, let me mention, some of those calls I made to him were crying, hysterical, blabbering calls, me, not him, but he stuck right there with me. Even though the situation was out of Rush My Passports' control, he never ""let go of me"" but was always there to help, guide and talk with me, poor guy, I called him so much all I had to say is ""This is Linda"" no last name or account number necessary.
