For Outstanding Individual Service, the award goes to Laurie Frias, CSR for Rushmypassports. What an amazing person. Laurie went above and beyond in her coaching me step by step through the passport process. She walked me through the process for myself, my husband, and child. During this time I felt despair at obtaining all of this by the day of departure. My spirits were low, and time was of the essence if my husband was going to make this International Conference in Canada by November 2, 2011 which was our departure date. Laurie coached me through the entire process with determination, encouragement, and love. My husband and I are forever grateful to Laurie for her unwavering stance in helping us when we needed it most. Laurie Frias made it possible for our family to be together in Canada. Thank You
