I had an important international trip booked already, when I realized that my passport had expired in the summer(!). A time crunch is never pleasant, but a time crunch that involves international travel is more than a weensie bit harrowing(!). Yet from beginning to end, Laurie Frietas at RushMyPassport exceeded my expectations on every level, including detailed instructions to get me started, communication regarding the progress of the processing of my documents, and of course - the biggest thing: timely, excellent service. I received my updated passport, with time to spare!
I was more than a little relieved that Laurie, the person handling my passport, was also never bothered by my questions - which were minimized because she so often beat me to the draw in emailing me status updates.
Thank you, RushMyPassport! I am SO sorry that my evaluation was not as timely as you are!
