This is the 2nd time I've used RushMyPassport and I have had great service each time. The 1st time my wife needed her passport within 3 days because of a death of a family member in Canada and the 2nd time was for my 15 year old daughter to travel to Japan with her high school. At RushMyPassport each applicant is assigned an agent that walks you through the entire process to completion. With my minor daughter's passport, the agent Ken Altman was very knowledgeable with the additional requirements for a child's vs an adult's passport application and what to look for on the birth certificate to determine if additional documents may be required. I appreciated his patience, thorough explanations, and consistent followup. Thank you Ken and RushMyPassport for doing what you do well. A minor issue - the instructions on the check list in regards to the ""Letter of Authorization"" can be improved as to where/who gets the those documents.
