I had a little water in the basement on 6/28/2010 so I called Roto-Rooter that morning and they were out within a hour of my call. Dennis arrived, analysed the situation, thoroughly explained the problem and what he could do to correct it. He answered all my questions in laymans terms so I fully understood the entire proceedure. Dennis was very professional but never pressured me on anything. I would recommend his work to anyone with plumbing/ drain problems.\r
