I was skeptical at first in calling roto-rooter to have someone come out to fix my toilet's plumbing. I assumed that by Roto-rooter being such a large, well-known company, their service would be impersonal and expensive.
I'm so glad that I was completely wrong on both counts! When Floyd came to my home, he was considerate enough to wear protective covering on his shoes to keep from tracking any outside debris through my home. That to me was the first sign of good things to come.
Floyd was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to educate me not only on the cause of my plumbing problems, but also advised me on how to perform several basic home improvement projects that he observed while inspecting the plumbing. He also offered several different remedies on how to fix the problem at hand.
Above all, Floyd discovered a simple fix to the toilet's plumbing that not only resolved a problem I've had for two years, but saved me A TON of money.
I've had plumbers come to my home, but none of them were as thorough or thoughtful as Floyd. I'm extremely appreciative to Roto-Rooter for having sent Floyd to my home - and I mean that sincerely,
I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing issue, and I hope that all of their serviceman are as professional and genuine as Floyd.
