After another plumbing company wasn't able to fix a leaky shutoff valve on a pipe in my basement leaving me with cut pipes, solder all over the floor, a leaky main valve and leaving my tenants without water as well, I called Roto-Rooter. They sent John (#3623) , a plumber from the Willow Parkway Roto-Rooter franchise in Cleveland, Ohio. John knew exactly what to do to stop the main valve from leaking (the nut had come loose), and he did a great job replacing other corroded shut off valves. He and David also cleaned everything up when they were done. Thanks for helping me out over the Memorial Day weekend!
