Roto-Rooter showed up right on time. Our plumber, Will (1884) was very curteous. He explained everything he did and told me the estimated cost up front. Even though I have to get somene else to look at water heater, if it turns out it needs to be replaced, I will call Roto-Rooter again and even request Will. more

I own a home in Lebanon, OH and last night or early morning had to call a plumber about a faulty sump pump. Roto-rooter was the first plumber to respond to my calls and dispatched a plumber early Sunday morning. He looked at our pump and toke me that the shut off funciton was no longer working. He quoted me a price and told me how long the job would take. Even though I thought the price was a bit much it was in line with another quote I received from another plumber. I told him to go ahead with the job and he was able to install the new one in less than an hour. \r He was very professional and took the time to explain what went wrong with the old pump. Overall, I am happy with the job. more

Professional Service 4/10/2011

The technician/plumber that handled our call was very professional and wasted not time in replacing our sump pump. He explained to me that the shut-off function was no longer working and that the unit he was replacing it with was the exact same model. It had lasted us 12 years to I wasn't so surprised that it finally gave out. I did think the price was a bit much for the time it took to replace the unit but it was in line with what at least one other plumber was quoting me. Overall, I was very satisfied with our service. more

Date of Service: 3/29/11 :: repair of broken pipe::\r I own a rental and my renter called me at 7am to say that there was water all over the carpet in the bedroom connected to the laundry room. We thought it had something to do with the pipes that run under the house (it's a slab house, no crawl space, no basement) I called a plummer I had used before and they very casually told me it would be Thursday afternoon before they could come out to take a look at it. I called RotoRooter and they had someone (Wil) out within 30 minutes. I especially appreciate that they do not charge a service call fee. Wil looked around and explained to me what the problem was, gave me an estimate, and then gave me the choice: Do I want him to do the work, or he would leave, no charge. I felt the price was more than fair and had him complete the project.
