Great Service! I got same day service! The Plumber who came to my house was very nice and professional! Roto-Rooter told me what they were going to do before they did it and told me how much it would cost before they started! I would use Roto-Rooter again and would tell my friends and family to use them! more

Great Service! I got same day service! The Plumber who came to my house was very nice and professional! Roto-Rooter told me what they were going to do before they did it and told me how much it would cost before they started! I would use Roto-Rooter again and would tell my friends and family to use them! more

Very pleased. I called in the morning and was surprised to find I would get same day service. They kept me posted on the technician's ETA. I had a driveway drain that was clogged and it was a nasty looking mess! Joe was the technician - very polite and helpful. He solved the problem and told me what I could do going forward to help keep the drain clear. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4-28-11 4/27/2011

Wil was the plumber who came from Roto-rooter located at 255 East 5th St. in Cincinnati when I was having problems with my driveway drain. I called on 4/27 and had a great conversation with the woman handling the calls. She was able to give me an immediate app't that day or the following day. I chose the next day 4/28 between 8-11. I received a call from the office at 7:30 and was told Wil was on his way and ETA was 30 minutes. \r Wil was professional, very helpful, and provided all options, costs, etc., upfront and then began work. \r Unfortunately, he was not able to clear the drain due to problems with the drain, but Roto-rooter is sending another person this afternoon to provide next steps. \r I couldn't have asked for a more efficient service call and hope to have a plan in place by this evening to ensure the drain is clear. Thanks to Roto-rooter and I will definitely use them again. more

Plumbers are always friendly and helpful. Been Cincinnati customers since 1993. Until this visit they were always on time and quickly responsive. Maybe due to the overwhelming rain it took over 12 hours to get someone and then they did not get to us within the time frame given. We were also misled about a warranty we were told. We have learned our lesson and need to make sure we need to make sure all warranties, promises etc are written on bill before they leave. more
