We just had our basement finished four months ago. Imagine our despair when we headed to the basement for a night of family fun and we noticed one of the walls was wet from water leakage and the drywall ceiling was about to give way. We called Roto-Rooter and Joseph the plumber arrived a little after 11pm to assess the situation. He checked it out and began draining the water from the ceiling. He did not have the parts in his truck, however, to make the repair. He assured us that someone would be there at 8:30 the next morning to fix it. Sure enough, Sean, showed up at 8:30am and made the repair. Thanks Roto-Rooter Cincinnati OH! more

They are awesome, fast and efficient. Charlie was amazing in replacing old bathroom pipes, Kevin was great when we had him come out after we accidently punctured a hole into new pipes while drywalling. I highly recommend them. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, DOS-July 11, 2011 8/12/2011

We used Roto Rooter in the renovating of our 1941 bathroom pipes. It was a big job and Charlie was awesome. I would highly recommend them...they even came out a couple of other times, usually on Sundays, as we renovated (putting new bath fixtures on for us, repairing punctured pipes due to bad drywalling-oops!, and helping with sink valves). more

We had a backed up pipe in the basement the day before our daughter's birthday party...ugh!! We called Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati around 9 p.m. the night before the party and they sent a plumber immediately! The plumber was thorough and tidy and efficient. He cleaned up everything (we've had back ups before and previous plumbers were not so good at the clean up part) and we were ready for the party the next day, just as planned. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter if we have another back-up, or even just as a preventative measure before a back-up happens again, and hopefully someday we will use then to fix the pipes completely. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing! more

Just prior to leaving for vacation, we noticed a leak under our sink. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber out to my house that night for no extra charge. He replaced the garbage disposal in under an hour and was on his way. I was so glad I did not have to worry about this situation during our trip. Very professional service as well. more

Joe arrived promtly for both the consultation and the next day to complete the service (replacing the shower head and faucet in our bathroom).\r In addition to being friendly Joe went out of his way to minimize the impact on the shower wall saving us money by not having to get parts of the shower retiled.\r His estimate on cost and time were both spot on. We will call the next time we need a plumber and will recommed him to our friends. more
