Roto-Rooter Plumbers Oct. 12, 2011 10/15/2011

We had a backup of our sewer line up from the floor drain in a utility closet, into our kitchen. Of course this happened at the worst possible time, the evening before my wife and daughter were leaving Cincinnati on an overseas trip. Roto-Rooter got a plumber to our house in less than an hour who efficiently cleared the line and even got his manager to come out and put a camera through the line to see what was going on. I found out the manager came even though it was his wife's birthday. They recommended a range of options, but did not put any kind of high pressure sales pitch on me. I really like these guys a lot and feel very comfortable recommending them and calling them again in the future. more

I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Roto-Rooter. I had a slow draining shower drain that was becoming more and more clogged everyday. I called Roto-Rooter and explained that this wasn't an emergency, but I would like to have someone come out within the next few days. They had someone there within the hour! The plumber they sent (Andrew) was extremely courteous and hard-working. He had the drain unclogged within 30 minutes. Will definitely call Roto-Rooter again. more

Problematic Toilet finally fixed 9/12/2011

On Friday, I was cleaning my bathroom and was down to the floor, when I noticed the toilet was moving. I knew we were back to the same old problem that attachs the toilet every two years, so we immediately called Roto-Rooter. Our toilet has specific sized parts, David was able to size up the situation and get the correct size parts needed for the job. He also realized we were missing the support system for the toilet which was causing the problem all along. David created one a concrete base for our toilet to rest on which will make it more stable and less likely to rock in the future. David also was very helpful in adjusting the water level in the toilet so we no longer used too much water when flushing. Over all I would definitely recommend calling Roto-Rooter in the future for all your plumbing needs. more

With no time to investigate possible causes and solutions, I left the problem-solving up to my husband who called Roto-Rooter later that day. When I returned home, the Roto-Rooter truck was in the driveway and "Curtis" had already diagnosed the problem and was busy at work to remedy the situation.\r \r While the "roto-rooter" was doing its work, Curtis was very helpful in answering questions, explaining how a septic system works, and recommending toilet paper that is "septic tank friendly." I really appreciated learning how we can hopefully avoid this situation in the future. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter! more

Hot Water Heater 8/20/2011

Curtis, arrived when they said he would get to our house.Our pilot light had went out on our hot water heater and we tried to light it about 5 times and when he got here he talked to my husband and then he proceeded to light it for us.He was very nice and showed my husband how to light it the next time.And the price was within our budget.Thank You so much for helping us out with this problem. more
