Great Service 4/8/2010

Great service. I had an issue where a pipe broke to the hose both in front and in back of the house. Johnny (the technician) was outstanding and I was back to where I needed to be in about an hour. Very easy to set up an appointment online as well. more

Roto-Rooter Service 4/3/2010

I had an issue with my sewage coming from the bathrooms - nothing was going down the drain so I scheduled an appointment on-line with their website. The website is very easy to use. The service was also excellent. The service man was polite and friendly and fixed my issue in less than an hour! There's a 6 month warranty on that service and I would definitely use Roto Rooter again! Pros: Quick and easy to schedule service more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - March 6, 2010 3/14/2010

We had an unexpected failure with our hot water heater on a Saturday. After quickly researching our options, we contacted Roto-Rooter. The service technician arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Our 11 year old hot water heater had developed a leak around the gas exhaust flu and needed replacement. I was able to quickly supply a replacement hot water heater. The technician quickly removed the old hot water heater and installed the new hot water heater. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Roto-Rooter and their technician. more

Great Service, Very Professional 10/26/2009

I was amazed, First by 8:30 am a tech came out and discovered I had mud in my lines, Then by 9:30 am Mark, the 'camera guy' was there and found the exact sport where my pipe had cracked. Luckily it was right outside the house. I got an estimate for the fix and Mark helped me get financing through their credit provider. Dan was out shortly after and by 3:30 that afternoon the entire job was done... amazing... Everyone was friendly, professional and really knew their job. I will use Roto-Rooter for all future plumbing needs. \r Thanks\r Beth Clifford\r Pros: Quick and efficient Cons: Nothing more

Pretty pricey but good service. 9/29/2009

We had to call a roto rooter plumber for our bathroom faucet (tub area). Apparently the knob got loose and we couldn't turn it to stop the flowing of water, unless we do it from the main water pump. The service that the roto rooter plumber did was good. He worked really fast and was friendly and professional. The only thing is that roto rooter is pretty expensive compare to other plumbers. However, the service is quick and good. more
