Wil was the plumber who came from Roto-rooter located at 255 East 5th St. in Cincinnati when I was having problems with my driveway drain. I called on 4/27 and had a great conversation with the woman handling the calls. She was able to give me an immediate app't that day or the following day. I chose the next day 4/28 between 8-11. I received a call from the office at 7:30 and was told Wil was on his way and ETA was 30 minutes. \r
Wil was professional, very helpful, and provided all options, costs, etc., upfront and then began work. \r
Unfortunately, he was not able to clear the drain due to problems with the drain, but Roto-rooter is sending another person this afternoon to provide next steps. \r
I couldn't have asked for a more efficient service call and hope to have a plan in place by this evening to ensure the drain is clear. Thanks to Roto-rooter and I will definitely use them again.
