Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The service was performed in a very professional manner. All materials were carefully brought into the house without bringing in any environmental ""mess' - wet leaves, etc. on this very wet and windy day. Our plumber explained the job thoroughly and completed all work in an efficient way. He offered other related service and product without being too pushy while listenling to our comments. If we had another problem, I wouldn't hesitate to have Andy come and fix it for us. more

The service was same day. Although there were other appointments made for the day in Cincinnati, they fit me in within an hour. The plumbers did a nice job answering my questions and talking me through the process. more

We had a drain backup with sewage in the basement. It's every bit as gross as it sounds. The Roto Rooter plumber came out to our Cincinnati home and took care of the problem outside of business hours and gave my husband helpful suggestions for the future so we can avoid a repeat. more

Greg was at our Cincinnati area home with an estimate an hour after I called and the Plumbers (Dan and John) repaired our water leak in the yard the next day. All were friendly, knowledgable, and dependable. What mattered most was the fact that we did not want a large trench in our yard along with the sidewalk closed for trick or teators. Safety was their main concern. They finished the work and even gave us a temporary fix for our sidewalk...Just for the trick or treators! Can't find that service anywhere else! Thanks! more

10/31/11 - Cleaned out sump pump drain.\r \r The crew was polite and efficient. They gave me an estimate before beginning the work. After the work was completed the crew provided preventative maintenance suggestions. I would recommend them. more

Roto Rooter did a great job clearing out my sump pump drain. They gave me a quote before the work started, quickly cleared out the pipe, and and gave me preventative suggestions. I would highly recommend them. more

I had to call a plumber on saturday 10/29/2011 because of a backed up line for my bathroom sink. Roto-Rooter was great, they where at my house just a few hours after I called them. The plumber gave me a quote before he started any work and wore foot protectors so the floor didn't get dirty. I had a good experience with roto-rooter, and would use them again for my plumbing needs. more

Saturday is laundry day in our house, so i started my day doing just that. During the first load is when the flood came. Our floor drain is located in the laundry room approximately two feet from our newly finished basement. Not only was the water saturating the laundry room but it was fastly approaching the carpet. The drain was so clogged that every bit of water in the washing machine ended up on the floor! My husband is very handy and always figures out how to fix problems around the house. However, try as he may he couldn't get the clog out. Apparently, today was the day that I had too much faith in my husband. I tried another plumber company first and they said that they had people working today and they would try to get us in ( this call was place approximately 10 am). At 11:45 am they returned my call - to my cell phone - when we were still cleaning up water in the basement. I called them back at 12:15 and was told that everyone already left b/c they called me over an hour ago. This was factually not the case and I proceded to tell the man on the line this - his response was ""well whatever"" - verbatum! After I let the fumes and smoke clear from my head, I called Roto Rooter. The representative was extremely friendly and let us know that someone could definitely be to our house today and within two hours!! This is exactly what I needed to hear after the morning that I had. Now, it wasn't exactly within two hours but the during the entire wait a dispatcher kept me in the loop on how late the technician was running. This was great. I hate feeling left in the dark when waiting for a service technician - ""Is he coming?"" or ""did they forget about me?"" always cross your mind. I then received a call from the dispatcher a half an hour prior to our technician showing up just to let us know that he was on his way. Ed, our technician, was very informative and made great recommendations without pressuring us to purchase extra services or products. Ed did a fantastic job on the floor drain and had it cleared within 10 minutes. He worked fast and was very careful to keep my carpets and floors from getting any worse than they were. Thanks to Roto Rooter I am back to getting on with my weekend! Excellent service and efficiency. more
