Review content:
Experienced a sewer backup problem Sunday evening and called Roto-rooter's main number. A lady advised someone would call back in 15 minutes. Paul, in fact, called back in less than 15 minutes and was at my house, having treveled from Kannapolis, N.C. to Mooresville, N.C., in less than an hour. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The service was great, however the weekend service charge, $125.00, and minimal work resulted in an excessively high $404.00 repair bill. Considering the alternatives, it was worth it, though. Paul was courteous and did a good job. If you want it done quick and done right, call Roto-Rooter.
