Everyone dreads calling out the plumber, but Kenneth at Roto-Rooter made the experience very pleasant. My kitchen faucet had no pressure and I was dreading that it may be the pipes being clogged. He was very professional in his trouble shooting and narrowed the problem down very quickly. He was actually happy for me that the problem was minor and could be repaired within an hour. I liked Kenneth very much because he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. more

Roto-Rooter Service 07-16-11 7/17/2011

I had a shower head that was leaking even after I shut off the water. Glenn from Roto-Rooter came out and assessed the problem. Originally, we thought it was an old, worn-out shower valve cartridge that was causing the leak, but after changing out the cartridge, the shower continued to leak. We eventually had to change out the shower valve body in the wall. It was a bigger job than I had expected, but Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He showed up on time, did excellent work, and showed genuine concern for my satisfaction on the work completed. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter, and especially Glenn, for any plumbing work you might need in the Houston area. Thanks Roto-Rooter and much appreciation to Glenn for a job well done! more

We called Roto-Rooter for toliet that would not flush. We needed help quick! After calling Roto-Rooter we had help within the hour. Jeff was extremely professional and an all around nice guy. Had a clogged shower and toilet, called Roto-Rooter and within two hours of my call, the problem was fixed. The technician was nice, friendly, helpful and most important, honest. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing assistance. more

Roto Rooters Plumbers - 07/13/2011 7/14/2011

Had a clogged sink, called Roto-Rooters and within 1 hour of the my call in Mr. Carl Jones showed up to fix the problem!! Drain was unclogged and within 1 hour he was out the door!! He was very courteous and friendly and got the job done fast!!!! I would recommend Roto Rooters to anyone in Houston that needs great plumbing work done!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumber Services 7/10/2011

On July the 8th I wanted to pay my water bill and couldnt find the bill so I called the automated system to get the amount that needed to be paid and it was a outrageous amount. I had a problem with my water running out in my front yard and I couldnt use my washer to wash clothes because the water was running back into my wash room. I then reallized I needed a plumber to come out so I didnt have to take my clothes the the laundry mat. So I got on the phone and called Roto-Rooter and they was able to come out the same day. Jeff showed up and cleaned out the line in the front. I asked him to check the line in the laundry room and he told me that the kitchen and laundry room was all on the same line and that should be able to do whatever I needed to do. I ask him to make sure and he told me it would cost me another $150.00 and the total I had already paid was $305.29. After paying out that amount of money I was unhappy because I still was not able to use my washer. The next day I call Roto-Rooter and they came back out to check to see why the water was still coming back up into my laundry room. The problem was resolved and I was able to wash clothes. Roto-Rooter Plumbers July 4, 2011 7/6/2011

We had an unpleasant start to our Fourth of July holiday! Right before we were ready to leave the house, our downstairs toilet started over running leaving us with sewage going everywhere. My daughter began throwing towels down and I got on the phone with the plumber. They couldn't get someone out since it was a holiday, so we called Roto-Rooter. Jeff showed up within 40 minutes and had our main line cleaned out and treated. He was so pleasant especially having to work on a holiday. He had us fixed up in no time and we were still able to enjoy the afternoon! Best Houston plumber around! more

NEVER FUN TO HAVE A LEEK SURPRISE YOU. BUT WHEN I CALLED ROTO ROOTER THE YOUNG LADY WAS FAST TO HELP AND GAVE ME A TIP TO CALL HOUSTON FIRE DEPT. TO HELP FIND WATER VALVE SO I CAN TURN IT OFF(SINGLE MOM AND NEW TO HOME OWNING I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING). NEXT MORNING, STEVE WAS PROMPT TO HELP AND NOT MINUTES LATER HE YELLED OUT FOR THE ATTIC(AND IN HOUSTON IT'S VERY HOT UP THERE) "I FOUND THE PROBLEM"! AN HOUR LATER HE WAS GONE AND PROBLEM FIXED. Got a Leak? On Sunday? OMG!! call Roto-Rooter! 6/21/2011

We got up on Sunday morning and was going to do the yard work early because it was so hot! I went to the front of my house and OMG I had water running down the drive-way. Now either the birds & squirrels turned on the water for relief from the heat or my pipe had busted on the side of the house. Second look, I immediatedly rulled out the birds & squirrels. I stood for a moment and considered my options. I knew actually what to do; call Roto-Rooter; they can fix anything. Mike was on site within 3 hours and what a professional. He repaired our leak and did it in the most effective and economical way to last a very long time. Before Mike left, I knew I had made the right choice. Need a great Technician? Request Casey, Tech # 2609 6/19/2011

If you need a great plumber, request Casey, Technician # 2609. I had a "gusher" on the outside pipe leading into the house. I discovered it at 7:30 am on Father's Day. Although it took until 4:30 for the company to get Casey to me, (he had driven over an hour just to service my call), he was well worth the wait. He was professional, courteous and very skilled in his craft. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a very short period of time. Furthermore, he identified another problem I had with a leaky upstairs bathtub, that 2 other plumbers could not diagnose. I knew I had a winner when he unscrewed the cover off the tub's panel--something neither of the other two had done. Competent, courteous, professional and reasonably priced, Casey Tech # 2609 turned a potential Father's Day nightmare into a manageable plumbing event. Should you have a problem, don't hesitate in calling on Casey, you'll be glad you did. more
