On July the 8th I wanted to pay my water bill and couldnt find the bill so I called the automated system to get the amount that needed to be paid and it was a outrageous amount. I had a problem with my water running out in my front yard and I couldnt use my washer to wash clothes because the water was running back into my wash room. I then reallized I needed a plumber to come out so I didnt have to take my clothes the the laundry mat. So I got on the phone and called Roto-Rooter and they was able to come out the same day. Jeff showed up and cleaned out the line in the front. I asked him to check the line in the laundry room and he told me that the kitchen and laundry room was all on the same line and that should be able to do whatever I needed to do.
I ask him to make sure and he told me it would cost me another $150.00 and the total I had already paid was $305.29. After paying out that amount of money I was unhappy because I still was not able to use my washer. The next day I call Roto-Rooter and they came back out to check to see why the water was still coming back up into my laundry room. The problem was resolved and I was able to wash clothes.
