Plumber in Houston 10/23/2010

I called roto-rooter on 10-23-10 due to a backed up AC drain. Jeff was very courteous and professional. My only complaint was I thought it was a little expensive. Otherwise they were great. more

roto-rooters plumbers 10-15-10 10/16/2010

On 10-15-2010 I had called Roto-Rooter due to a back up drain and within 45 minutes they were out at the house and fixed the problem. Jeff was very professioanl and efficent in what had to be done. Thanks for the fast service in resolving this issue. I will always be callin Rot-Rooter for my problems when it come to plumbing. Thanks again Bill more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 08-06-10 9/27/2010

Woke up one morning to a bathroom sink over filling with water coming from the drain plug. Being an amateur "handy-guy" I knew this needed some serious attention; so I called in the professionals. The Secretary was very polite and helpful. She told me the plumber would probably be about 3hrs before someone made it out to my house. Well when the service tech, Carl Jones, arrived shortly there after, he immediately knew what the problem was. Seem it was an A/C pipe that had been clogged up and was pushing the water up the sink. Needless to say, the problem got fixed, Mr. Jones was very knowledegable and professional, and I will be using there services in the future. Thank-you Roto-Rooter in Houston!! more

After weeks of trying to DIY, I finally broke down and called Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Houston. Within 20 minutes of calling and requesting service, Roto-Rooter's technician Carl, who happens to be a neighbor of mine and an extremely nice guy, was at the door ready to give a free quote and solve the clogged drain. In another half hour, the drain was draining smoothly again and not even a drop of water on the floor! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbers for when you need a professional to do the job right, and with lightning speed!!! I Definitely would call Roto-Rooter again. more

Quick, effecient, job well done 9/8/2010

Called for an appointment this morning for clogged drain. A technician was sent within an hour. He quickly identified the problem ...within 20 minutes the drain was flowing..job well done. The technician..Josh was courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely would call Roto-Rooter again. Best response I have had from a plumber in Houston. more

I called Roto - Rooter about my issue with the plumbing in my house. The receptionist was very helpful and very courteous. I asked the receptionist what the plumber hourly rate was and what my situation was. The receptionist informed me that the plumbers do not charge an hourly rate but a fee on the job as a whole. The receptionist also mentioned that the plumber would inspect the plumbing problem and then give me a price of what the job would cost. If I was fine with the price then the plumber would begin to work immediately on the problem, and if I was not happy with the price then I would not be obligated to have the services performed. I really liked that I was not forced to use the service if I was not happy with the price. The plumber was there within the hour, which was extremely fast and the 2 hour window is not bad at all. The plumber began working immediately after quoted his price. The job was done really well and I was also offered a 30 day guarantee. The plumber offered suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. I appreciated that very much. The plumber worked quickly and work was done correctly and the plumber's quality was excellent. I would most definately call Roto Rooter Plumbing Houston location. I was extremely pleased with their quality and dedication of work they performed at my house. more

They were very helpful in setting up and appointment, letting me choose my own 2 hr window for when the plumber would arrive. I received a call about 30 minutes before the driver arrived to confirm that he was in route and most importantly he did arrive within the 2 hr window. The repair work was straight foward; the plumber took care of the job, leaving everything clean and functioning. This is my third experience with this business and I would easily recommend them to anyone. more

Plumbing Service of Exellence 7/17/2009

Within an hour of my call I received service in my home. The plumbers did more work than I expected, did a very thorough job, gave me advice on how to maintain the home plumbing so as not to have a problem in the future. All of this and more for a most reasonable service cost. Pros: Professional Fast Service and very reasonably priced Cons: None more
