Everyone dreads calling out the plumber, but Kenneth at Roto-Rooter made the experience very pleasant. My kitchen faucet had no pressure and I was dreading that it may be the pipes being clogged. He was very professional in his trouble shooting and narrowed the problem down very quickly. He was actually happy for me that the problem was minor and could be repaired within an hour. I liked Kenneth very much because he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
