Review content:
I had a shower head that was leaking even after I shut off the water. Glenn from Roto-Rooter came out and assessed the problem. Originally, we thought it was an old, worn-out shower valve cartridge that was causing the leak, but after changing out the cartridge, the shower continued to leak. We eventually had to change out the shower valve body in the wall. It was a bigger job than I had expected, but Glenn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He showed up on time, did excellent work, and showed genuine concern for my satisfaction on the work completed. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter, and especially Glenn, for any plumbing work you might need in the Houston area. Thanks Roto-Rooter and much appreciation to Glenn for a job well done!
