Hey, I was impressed with our service Tech Aron I think was his name. Our Saint Paul Plumber showed up in the time quoted and performed the service in a timley manner. Cleaned up and tested the drain. Everything works fine,I find that the service was somewhat expensive but for same day service I guess I shouldn't complain. Thanks Dean Shawbold more

the plumber came to our house within an hour of the initial phone call. the plumber was very polite, professional and informative. he told us what was wrong, gave us a price and got to work. the job was finished and the drain was working in less than an hour. this is our second experience with roto-rooter out of st. paul, mn, and we have been very happy with them. we'll always call them in the future. more

Roto-Rooter saved the evening!! With company downstairs, we were ready to make dessert and the kitchen sink clogged ! They responded within the hour. Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He not only solved the drain issue, but gave us an education while he was working on it. We learned how to use a kitchen disposal properly as well as how to maintain an open drain. And best of all, dessert was ready in an hour! Michael K. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 05-02-11 5/3/2011

We called the Roto-Rooter Plumber in St. Paul, MN at 9:00 am, and by 1:00 pm they were walking out of our house with the job completely done. Alan was able to arrive at our house one hour after I called. He was extremely thorough in the job he did, make some recommendations for future maintenance, and left the area clean. Very nice experience. more

My basement shower drain was plugged. I called and they sent out technicial 906 was there within the hour. He was very polite and knew what needed to be done. The person who answered my call was polite and helpful. She said that there was a serviceman already in the St. Paul MN area. He was at our home in less than one hour, as the dispatcher said he would be. He looked at the problem, a clogged floor drain, and knew exactly what he had to do. He explained the process as well as the cost. He was very polite and fixed the problem as he said he would. He was very considerate about not leaving a mess with his shoes or his equipment as he entered and exited our home. We are very satisified with the service and the price. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will call Roto-Rooter. more

We scheduled our service time online for the St. Paul, MN Roto-Rooters only to find out that their online system wasn't working properly. I called when the 2 hour window was up and they said they would send a technician promptly. The plumber arrived 2 hours later. He was very friendly, knowledgable and he cleaned up after himself. This is the 2nd time we have used them and both times we were able to get a plumber on the same day. Overall, we have been very happy with them with the exception of the online system being down. We will use them again in the future. more

Improvements: everyone would like to see lower prices. i would like to be able to get the senior discount plus the coupons offers also,being on a fixed income,all help is appreciated. more

The plumber came out about 45 min after I called from the St. Paul, MN location. Alan 549 was very courteous and friendly. We had roots in our lines and he took care of them for us very quickly and affectively. He evan gave us advice on what to do to prevent it from happening again. more

I called Roto-Rooter St. Paul in the morning to see about getting a plumber out to clear our basement floor drain. The receptionist said she could get a guy out to give us an estimate within the hour and he could do the work then as well. They arrived very quickly, did the work and were on their way in such a short time I was very pleased. I wish all home repair problems could be solved this quickly and easily! more

I came home from work and was doing some light cleaning. I went to wash off some dishes and put them in the dishwasher when I noticed the water wasn't going down the drain. I called Roto-Rooter in St. Paul and they said they would have someone at my house in 30 minutes. The plumber showed up right on time, took a look at the problem and reassured me that he could unclog my drain. He knew exactly what to do, and was very careful not make a mess with his equipment. If I need another drain unclogged I will definatley call them again! more
