Review content:
We scheduled our service time online for the St. Paul, MN Roto-Rooters only to find out that their online system wasn't working properly. I called when the 2 hour window was up and they said they would send a technician promptly. The plumber arrived 2 hours later. He was very friendly, knowledgable and he cleaned up after himself. This is the 2nd time we have used them and both times we were able to get a plumber on the same day. Overall, we have been very happy with them with the exception of the online system being down. We will use them again in the future.
