One Way To Start Your Morning 7/23/2010

I woke up to a flooded bathroom with a waterfall flowing from my basement celing. It was early in the morning and I needed a plumber immediately! I contacted Rotor-Rooter in Saint Paul, and Tony was here in less than an hour. He made my mini crisis much more managable. He not only fixed my plumbing isse but he also walked me through next steps by helping me get a clean up crew out to my house! This was my first experience needing a plumber. I am grateful Roto-Rooter made it much easier. more

Drain repair service on July 12th 7/12/2010

Good: The service professional, Alan, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do, how much it would cost, and how long it was going to take. He completed the job on time and left everything very clean.. Bad: Nothing. It was an excellent job.. Improvements: NA.. more

Same day service 6/22/2010

Roro-Rooter Plumbers 6-18-10 6/18/2010

During my remodeling project it was discovered that I needed a floor drain cleaned out. I also wanted my line to the street cleared. I called Roto-Rooter and was politely and quickly set up with and appointment within the 2 hour window I asked for. When Alan arrived he went over the work and the costs before starting and the went right to work he was efficient and clean and then explained all that he had done. He was even able to check with the office on when my last service was and what was done. Great service. Thank you Carol Heinsch more

I live in St. Paul, Minnesota and had a clogged kitchen drain. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent an excellent plumber out to assess and fix the problem. The technician was very pleasant and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and showed the results to me. He cleaned up everything and double-checked to make sure that everything was working as it should. Then he gave me some tips as to how to prevent future clogs.
