Sink snaked 11/17/2011

Had a stopped bathroom sink. Called Roto-Rooter and about 90 minutes later they arrived. Very professional fixed the problem promptly. They are a little expensive, but if you use the online coupon it helps. more

I was very pleased Roto-Router in St Paul MN was able to get a plumber here as quickly as they did. I called other plumbers, and they told me it would be a while before they would be able to send someone here. I got direct feedback about my plumbing problem, and was assesed in a punctual, sameday service. Roto-rooter was there to make my day! more

Our service from the plumber in St. Paul MN was okay. He was not as helpful as the last person we had. We are thinking of trying out a local company next time in hopes of saving on cost. And also I'm sure we'd get better advice and better service. more

We had a new water softener installed today. Our old softener was over 15 years old and not working. Our technician, Tony Dentz did a great job. He was prompt and efficient. He was wonderful in explaining the impact the old softener was having and how the new softener would operate. I had a shower cartridge replaced today. I like using Roto-Rooter as my plumber because of how easy it is to schedule an appointment, the prompt response and of course the excellent work. We have had an ongoing sewer back up at our house since we moved in, in 2007.. The 1st people we called were Roto Rooter to help us... they are the most reliable plumber we always use.... The Roto-Rooter guys did an amazing job. Clean, quick, and thorough. They handled a big mess with a calm demeanor and explained everything they were doing. They didn't add on charges and I paid what they estimated the cost to be. They wore shoe covers and even had wheel covers on the machine they used. Good Service 7/15/2011

I called Roto-Rooter on July 15, 2011 and Fernando and Chad were there within one hour. My sewer line was plugged with tree roots and they cleared it. They also cleaned out the pipes leading from my laundry tubs. Made mt wife very happy. Great job and great service people. more

Good: Arrived at my home in just a few minutes of calling. Were very professional and personable. Explained everything that was going to be done and listened to our concerns.. Bad: No complaints at all.. Improvements: Can not think of anything the two could do to improve their time at our home.. Other: Both of the St Paul Plumbers were exceptional representatives of Roto-Rooter. We would not hesitate to have this company come back to our home.
