I called Roto-Rooter and I was given the telephone number in St Paul,mn and talked a gal who said they would have a plumber out within an hour to look at the drainage in the laundry tubs. In less than an hour Tony Dentz-Roro-Rooter pulled up and went to work, new what he was doing very good--fixed the problem in a very quick time--also sold me the drain liquid that I should be using in the pipes. Very nice guy and if every had problems again would ask for him. Very friendly and cleaned up after himself when done--GREAT ASSET TO ROTO-ROOTER. Another thing which I liked is when I called Roto-Rooter in St Paul,Mn when I gave my name the woman on the other end even thuo I have not used Roto-Rooter since 2000 they had my name and called me by my first name--that is good PR for the company. My plumbing problem started when my wife said "Thanksgiving is next week and the kitchen sink is draining slow". I said "I can fix that". I couldn't. A call placed to "Roto-Rooter plumbers, St. Paul, MN" was answered by a scheduler who found that I had used Roto-Rooter sevice in the past. She was friendly and helpful. She scheduled service for the day and time that I needed. The Roto-Rooter sevice truck arrived promptly and the sevice man went to work. As he progressed through his repair options he would check the rate of drain of the kitchen sink. If he wasn't satisfied with the rate of drain he knew which thing to try next. Snake through floor pipe. Snake up to sink. Snake from sink down. Snake up vent pipe. Create a vacuum by doing a partial sink drain and then putting the stopper in. I'm 72 years old and this is the first time I ever saw that trick. Alan is good at this. He is friendly. He cleans up when he is finished. He answers my dumb questions. Last but not least, he made my sink drain like it was new again. Now the sink is ready for whatever Thanksgiving can throw at it. That is one more thing to be thankful for. more
