My husband and I went in on a Saturday afternoon, just to look at the new Optima. Met with Joshua, who was very pleasant and not a typical high pressure salesman. I wanted a low lease payment, and he worked the numbers, the best he could. As it turns out, we ended up buying the Optima, rather than leasing. (Financially made more sense). I wanted a specific color, and I wanted manual. They did not have it in stock, but found one and let me know when it was in. I have bought other cars before, I dont get crazy on the sales tactics...but I felt this experience was low stress. Joshua was helpful, realistic, infomative, and best of all genuinely nice. While we were there, the owner, also greeted us and said Thanks for coming. I thought the sales experience was painless, and low key. I love my new Optima, and will probably drive it until the wheels fall off. I drove a Toyota Corolla for 16 years, and I own a 95 BMW that I store in the winters, I am a very faithful car owner. This is the second auto we have bought from here, my husband bought a used GMC Envoy, years ago. So, I would recommend this dealership.
