Four years ago, while looking for a new car, a coworker recommended that I talk to Sherry at Rosen Nissan. I am so glad that we did! We were greeted by her, like we were old friends. My husband has wanted a truck, and had been looking at a Toyota. He went to Don Jacobs Toyota, to talk to them, and they were extremely rude to him, wouldn't budge on the price, and were so pushy, that he just walked away. He liked the look of the Frontier, so I called Sherry, told her what we were looking for, and made an appointment to see her. She was ready for us, having both of the models ready for us to test drive. She worked numbers with us, and made us an offer that we couldn't refuse, all the while, her name was being paged over the loudspeaker, and other clients were waiting for her. This is our 3rd new vehicle from Rosen and Sherry, and I couldn't be happier. The service department is fantastic! I'm glad that I had the chance to tell Jeff Rosen that myself. We have recommended Rosen & Sherry to many people. I would never go anywhere else. more

There actually should be a 6 for going above and beyond. I had a little issue with the navigation and called Sherry but did not leave a message. I figured out by myself what was wrong. She called me back to see if everything was O.K. I was stunned, I've never encountered that before. AWESOME!!!!!!!!! more

I recently visited Rosen in hopes of financing a CPO car or to get a new car, because of my history of trading in my past cars before they were paid off. Joe asked me if I ever thought of leasing a car and explained to me the benefits of a lease. This is my first time leasing a car and I feel it was the best thing to do. My experience at Rosen was excellent. Alot of people asked me why didn't I go to John Amato Nissan where I normally buy my cars from. I explained that I did, but the deal Joe had going for me was overall better then the offer at Amato Nissan. Plus the sales person I worked with at Amato Nissan tried to force me into signing a form to buy the car when I clearly told him that I only wanted to see the numbers and deals they were offering. Overall I got a nice car (2011 Altima 3.5SR), excellent customer service and a great deal. :) more

The entire purchase experiene was wonderful. In fact, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Sherri was very personable and knowledgable about the 370Z Roadster and was able to adequately answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle and its accessories (Navigation System, etc.). Also, securing financing was simple and fast. Most importantly, Rosen sold me the car at the absolute best price available. I would higly recommend Rosen Nissan and Sherri to anyone who desires a pleasant car buying experience. The 370Z Roadster is simply awesome! more

I came in for a car wash and got my 6k miles oil change and tire rotation done without an appointment. The most admirable thing was sales rep took me in 20 mins before closing, not sure if any other service center would have treated me this well!! I'll stop by again for servicing. more

The first thing I noticed immediately with Rosen is no one pounced on me as if I was ""fresh meat"" on the lot, which has happened to me at many other dealerships, and that is something I greatly despise. I was able to walk around the entire lot in peace and choose which vehicles I was interested in test driving. Once I made my choice, I walked in and Craig Roffers was the first friendly face to greet me. I told him exactly what I was interest in, and what price range I wanted to stay within. I test drove four vehicles, and Craig had each one waiting for me. He didn't jump in the cars with me to go for the test drives as if I was some sort of thief going to run off with the merchandise. And yes....I have had other dealerships treat me that way. This made me more relaxed, not feeling rushed or pressured in any way. I told Craig the car I wanted and he made it happen! I drove off the lot with a 2011 Kia Optima LX! more

My husband has owned a Kia for 5 years and when the dealership he bought his Sorento from closed, he was referred to Rosen Kia for service. His experience with the dealership was great and last year we recommended our daughter to the Kia brand. She test drove 2 cars the same day and had a horrible experience at the second dealership which made her switch brand loyalty. She bought her first new car from Craig Roffers and he made the """"trama"""" of dealing with a car dealer non-existant. Because of the great experience with Craig, we again returned this year to purchase a Kia Sportage. Craig recognized us as return customers and even remembered helping our daughter. This was a great feeling as we never expected this from a car dealership. Craig again provided excellent service and we were very happy with the deal he offered for our new car. He repeatedly asked if we had questions and made sure we understood all the features of the Sportage and terms of the sales contract. It truly is a pleasure to walk into the Kia dealership, not be mobbed by salesmen, not be pressured to buy and to be remembered as a customer. This was the first time we had any experience with Rosen Kia of Milwaukee. We just drove into the lot to look at the Sportage, or Surano, but the Soul caught are eyes. There were no salesperson pressuring us, we had to go inside. After we were greeted by are salesperson, it was all over. We loved every thing about Rosen,they were great. We never thought we would walk out with are second car. It was great, keep up the great work !!!!!! more

I baught both a Nissan Pathfinder and a Haundi Elauntra from Jeff Rosen, VP of Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee, WI. If you are looking for a great priced car go there. Our Pathfinder was used and when we baught it the onboard DVD player did not work properly, so Rosen replaced it with a brand new model with a larger screen and many more features at no cost to us. He also gave me a great deal on a remote start for my Pathfinder. My wife and I both have a recent bankruptsy and Jeff Rosen was able to secure us a loan directly through Nissan Motor Corp. (not some no-name bank) at a better interest rate than Ive ever had. Jeff Rosen also threw in free gap coverage and oil changes for life Rosen has a state of the art Nissan service center right down the road from my house. I was amazed. In the breif time I was there I must have seen Jeff Rosen help 6 customers. The secret to his success is obviously his hands-on approach towards helping his staff and customers. My wife and I had researched dozens of different SUVs and after weighing options (saftey and price being most important) we choose a Kia Sorento. We also test drove several different manufactures models. The Kia dealership near our home (Waukesha) were we test drove the Sorento left such a bad taste in our mouths we almost considered our 2nd choice. Thats when a friend told us to go see Josh B @ Rossen on 27th street. It was out of our way but thought it couldn't hurt. What a difference a knowledgable salesman can make. We were greeted at our car and then escorted to meet Josh by friendly people. Josh pointed out features and REBATES we qulified for that the other place never even mentioned ? We never felt pressured to buy or commit to a deal. What we didn't tell Josh is we did our homework and knew what we were willing to pay. We were very happy when the price quoted us was right there (the other place wasn't even in the ball park ? Long story short we bought our new car on the spot. I was surprised when we were all done, ready to leave, the owner came and said thank you to us. I would highly recommend Josh Bohlman to anyone who would listen. He was the only salesman who seemed interested in showing us what we wanted and not what he had to sell. more
