The entire purchase experiene was wonderful. In fact, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Sherri was very personable and knowledgable about the 370Z Roadster and was able to adequately answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle and its accessories (Navigation System, etc.). Also, securing financing was simple and fast. Most importantly, Rosen sold me the car at the absolute best price available. I would higly recommend Rosen Nissan and Sherri to anyone who desires a pleasant car buying experience. The 370Z Roadster is simply awesome! more

We got there thinking this was the only and best dealer to get a good priced, reliable vehicle. We were recommended by my mother and friends. They both suggested we visit this dealership first because of their great personal experience here. As soon as we walked in we we?re got taken care of. We walked out of there with a new car to test drive. It seemed as for the process took a bit long because it was over the week and we needed to wait on bank for approval. At the end of the day we have the car we fell in love with. I thought it was a dream or something?WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR AND THANK THE ONES WHO HELPED US TO STAY IN IT! more

I first dealt with Amato Nissan. They failed to follow up with me on buying a new car. Their opportunity cost was 1 sale was lost. I contacted Rosen Nissan, many many more miles from my home. They were very thorough in following up on my questions and requests. This purchase experience was wonderful. I'd tell everyone that it's worth the drive, Rosen's GREAT. more

My company has a Vehicle Purchase 4/25/2012

My company has a Vehicle Purchase Program with Nissan, so there was no hassle on the vehicle price. I received a decent trade-in on my old car, as well. Sawyer and the other staff were friendly and reasonable. I had done my research on the vehicle and trade-in value in advance, and had all of my personal information handy (DL, title, check stub, insurance proof, etc.) which was a big help with the process. My overall car-buying experience was great. more

Bad Experience at Rosen 11/1/2011

Salesman was not knowledgeable about the Kia Optima that he was selling. Salesman was not honest in his financial dealings with us. Very disappointed and will not go back. It's unfortunate because this was the third car we have bought from them. Something has changed there and I don't think it is for the positive. Buyer Beware. more

The used car we decided on had little scratches on the bumper. They totally repainted both bumpers and gave us an extra key, at no additional cost. They even give a free car wash every Saturday. I love this dealer and would buy another car from them. more
