Review content:
I was driving up 27th St test driving cars. I stopped @ Rosen-Kia (my brother has purchased two vehicles there and recommended it)to see what was available & to see what kind of trade-in I could get for my Nissan Rouge-I felt the car was to much for me to handle. I was greeted by Mr. Roffers. He allowed me to test drive the Soul (I was interested in a smaller, more gas efficient car). I was pleased with his professionalism and kindness. He made an offer I could not refuse and we both walked away from the experience pleased with the results. Everyone I spoke to that day was very kind. And to be honest, I wasn't even looking to buy a car that day, but Mr. Roffers and his associates were so accomodating that I couldn't walk away empty handed. It was a nice experience for me. I picked up my Soul on December 31, 2010 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!
