My second visit 11/23/2005

I have had my bikini lasered at Romeo & Juliette and have had fabulous results. I am now getting my legs treated. I have read some of the previous posts and have to disagree with some of them. For one, the owner is quite friendly. He is very result oriented and goes out of his way to please his customers. The staff is very friendly and do their best, but since laser is their only specialty, they are very busy and try their best to please at any cost. Quite refreshing !!! 11/16/2005

After researching through Citysearch, I decided to go for a consultation. I was interested in getting my underarms treated. I was greeted by the receptionist and after filling out a consultation form, I was wisked to a room where the technician gave me information and made me feel comfortable enough to undergo the procedure. It is quite painless !!! After a few days, I am hair free and will treat other areas as well. By the way, the owner, Chris , upon seeing that I was from Citysearch, reminded me of the 10% discount !!! That was so refreshing !!!! I had various consultations in so called laser centers and then went to Romeo & Juliette for a bikini consultation. This place is a league apart. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the technicians very well informed. They made me fill out a consultation form prior to even seeing me, something that most other centers did not do. The technician asked me about my previous history and explained their lasers and what results to expect. I was made quite comfortable and went through with the treatment. Miracle worker 3/9/2005

My previous experience with doctors and specialists have been horrible. Promises were made but never kept. After tedious research, I found Romeo and Juliette. I was able to get an appointment immediately and met with Chris, who is also the owner for a consultation. He was extremely thorough and informative. He told me to have patience and set realistic expectations. He has been true to his word and has done an AMAZING job treating me. His staff is THE best..skilled and trained by Chris, they are very friendly, no attitude and very accomodating. I wouldn't recommend any other facility to anyone. Romeo and Juliette are able to treat all skin types and the results are permanent. Even people with the most sensitive skin (like me) are able to get treated. Chris is a genius and knows what he is doing! more

I am a 40 year old woman, who tried lots of places but Romeo & Juliette was a final stop for me. I was greeted with a smile and excellent service. My questions were all answered and I was told everything about the laser and the results I should have. I have never experienced any lines for every time that I was there. Service ware fast, painless, and amazing. The staff are very friendlyand every promiss that I was given, were true. The Best Laser Hair Removal Service ever 3/7/2005

I came in very scared and thinking that this process doesnt work. I was proved wrong when I was greeted by an amazing friendly receptionist, and I didnt even have to wait. Right after I was greeted, I was given a consultation form, which i filled out. Then I was given a free consultation with one of the technitiican, and which amazing that person was so sweet, nice and extremely friendly. I was given all thye information i needed to know and my questions were answered in fully details. After that I was really ready, and I started my first session. I was amazed how pinfree it was, and quick. Now after few sessions I dont have any hair and I feel like i was born hair free. I thank Romeo & Juliette for such an excellent service. After months of research i've decided to do laser hair removal and Romeo & Juliette has a big role on my decision. Hair free that is..!! This place has made me into a new woman. Chris (the owner) lured me in with his promises but unlike other men, he was able to keep them! I am grateful to have met him and adore my silky smooth legs and not having to shave anymore! The place is beautiful and you almost feel like you've walked into Tuscany. The staff is delightful. Great Place, Great Price, Great Results 11/30/2004

I have been going to Romeo & Juliette for over a year now and have been very happy with the results. Believe them when they tell you it will take several treatments to remove all the hair (relatively) permanently. They're not trying to sell you packages to get the money, it really is necessary. The staff is great and go above and beyond to make sure you are satsfied. I only had a problem with one staf member who did a less than complete job, and after I called Chris the manager they had me back in immediately to fix the problem. They also include touch ups for free between major treatments so you can stay hair free from your first visit. They really are good here - friendly, knowledgable, trustworthy. They're also open on the weekends so it's really easy to get appointments. more

Beyond Thrilled 11/1/2004

I did alot of research when searching for a place for laser hair removal... and I'm beyond thrilled with my decision!! It's been 1 month since my first session, and I am practically hairless!! I have undergone 9 treatments on my chest and my back and results are spectacular. I almost got rid of my hair on my back and chest. Great Decision 11/1/2003

I've done the research, bottom line: this place will give you the best results at the best price. I felt they were honestly concerned with my satisfaction. Okay, this is a bit cheezy, but it's like they're artists: they want me to look good. They take pride in their work, and that's so important. I'm a man, and at first I was nervous and embarrassed about the process--who isn't--but they made me feel comfortable. They were honest in recommending what I should and shouldn't have done. There was no pressure at any time. I made the decisions. I'm so pleased with my treatment, I'm having other areas of my body done, which is the true sign of quality: I keep coming back. The perfect place for men. 9/21/2003

After many attempts at hair removal for back, shoulders and butt with different tecniques (waxing, electrolysis, and a bad, pricey laser place downtown) I found R&J and went in for the consultation (free). Not only did they make it really comfortable for me to ask questions and discuss this ackward frustration of mine but they recommended and treated me with no nonsense and reasonable cost.
