rotation of tires when needed 11/2/2015

Happy about service done. But, I feel that going forward when a decision is being made weather tires need rotated or not that the service rep look at the prior visit. In my case I was called to be told my tires needed rotated from the front to the back. Had my husband not been with me I would have told him of course to rotate them if the back ones are better than the front as I was told. My husband said no because they were rotated with the last synthetic oil change. I only put about 2000 miles on my car between oil changes because I do not drive my car much. Had my husband not reminded me the tires were rotated last time I would have told him to do it and paid an additional $20.00. The service reps should look on our previous record of services done prior calling and recommending the service. Apparantly when they were previously rotated they probably did not need it I was told. more

Reasonable service center 10/28/2015

The gentleman I worked with (service) was pretty good. My car was dirty when it was given back to me. The area where the work was done was a mess and there was a spray bottle used in the repair left in my trunk. more

Several sunroof problems 10/25/2015

I always go to Kurt Dezember, he always tries his best to make sure I get the best & quickest service done on my vehicle. He also always makes sure that I have a loaner vehicle waiting for me at the dealership to use when my car takes longer than a day to fix. more

service 15000 miles 10/23/2015

I made my appointment on-line and when I dropped off my car, no one could direct me to the correct check in place and then when they did, the service guy wasn't there and I waited for 10 minutes but he was at lunch. the check-in procedure was pathetic. They offered a handwash but I have no idea what they put in my car. I have been driving with my windows open to try and get the sell out. more
