Happy about service done. But, I feel that going forward when a decision is being made weather tires need rotated or not that the service rep look at the prior visit. In my case I was called to be told my tires needed rotated from the front to the back. Had my husband not been with me I would have told him of course to rotate them if the back ones are better than the front as I was told. My husband said no because they were rotated with the last synthetic oil change. I only put about 2000 miles on my car between oil changes because I do not drive my car much. Had my husband not reminded me the tires were rotated last time I would have told him to do it and paid an additional $20.00. The service reps should look on our previous record of services done prior calling and recommending the service. Apparantly when they were previously rotated they probably did not need it I was told.
