Recall for two items 1/16/2016

I made appointment specifically for two recalls. when I got there after the car went into service I was told they did not have the parts to test and repair the recall. The individual on the phone should have been made aware of that at the time of making appointment. Now I have to return.. Time is money. other than that the on site service advisor was excellent more

From the moment I get there, even though it seemed busy, the service providers were very attentive. One service provider, Anya, was awesome. She was very eager to help assist with pricing and any questions I had. She seemed to know what she was talking about and when she didn't know the answer she would find someone who did right away. Definitely happy about the car service I received at Rick Case Hyundai. more

Disappointing service visit 1/6/2016

The dealership is clean, comfortable, friendly and attentive but not without concerns. We seem to have misfortune of experiencing issues when receiving service with any of our 3 Hyundai's. Our recent visit was just so discouraging as we really thought it would be straightforward we ordered the special tires we wanted for our Sonata, scheduled the visit, received a call back to schedule our visit more conveniently for us but in the end the tires we ordered were not installed. We discovered the error, informed the dealership, returned to have the problem corrected making an additional trip there and wait time that were all an inconvenience we did not create and the service adviser not taking any ownership on behalf of the dealership for the oversight and inconvenience they caused us, especially given that we purchased a higher quality tire. more

I had an awesome and surprising experience. I took my car for a big check-up on 11/21/15 since I would be driving from Florida to New Jersey and then come back To my surprise, while having breakfast at "Cracker Barrel" my cell phone rang and it was my Service Advisor Kurt Dezember asking how was the car behaving and wishing me a safe travel. Now, where do you find that kind of care and service? Thank you for having employees that not only sell you a service but care for you not only as a customer but as an individual. Thumbs Up! more

I bought the car the weekend of Black Friday From Team Sales guy Vaar. Everyone that gave me service was very nice and professional at the dealership! The real surprise was when I returned to "Weston Hyundai" a week later to get my stain guard service on the exterior and interior of the Vehicle. A+ Service from the "A Team" at Weston Hyundai. Les at the Customer Service Dept. took the time to give me information on the tinting service they provide (which I bought). Javier (of Customer service) who was busy with others, took the time to explain more of the features in my car I wasn't aware of. Rolando from finance even bought me a coffee while I waited for my vehicle. Awesome customer service, some of the best I've ever received! more
