After having a less-than-satisfactory experience at Rick Case Hyundai the last time I took my car in for service, I was hesitant to trust them again, but they are the closest Hyundai to where I live and the clunking steering wheel and column was driving me crazy.
From the moment I arrived for this appointment to the moment I picked up my car after the repair, I couldn't have been more pleased. My Service Advisor, David Berrios, treated me like I was special. I had asked for a ride home while the repair was been done and instead he offered me a complimentary rental car. I was taken to Hertz where I picked up a car, went home, spent the day chillaxing at home until David called me to tell me my car was ready. I returned the rental to Hertz, was driven to Hyundai, paid nothing for the warranty repair and new key fobs, and received my car back - clean as a whistle. It's like driving a new car now that the repairs are complete and the whole day cost me $1.88 for gas.
I am very pleased and I want David as my Service Advisor forever. He renewed my faith in Rick Case Hyundai. I love my car again.
