Kurt did a great job! My only issue is that I left a voicemail and he didn't receive it because of an issue with the phone system. I would recommend to review or upgrade the phone system. more

Fast service for recalls and warrantee 11/11/2015

We were able to call in direct to Issac and he was able to squeeze us right in to take care of the recalls and the seat warrantee issue. It was a pleasure. Waited with free coffee and hot chocolate with popcorn. more

The Customer Service is great! 11/10/2015

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service I've received at Rick Case Hyundai the 2 times that I've taken my vehicle there. They have a great warranty program that covered both of my visits and they went the extra mile both times washing my car, which I was thoroughly impressed with and thankful for! I would highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai to others as I completely satisfied with my Hyundai Sonata and the customer service that I've received at the dealership. more
