I made my appointment on-line and when I dropped off my car, no one could direct me to the correct check in place and then when they did, the service guy wasn't there and I waited for 10 minutes but he was at lunch. the check-in procedure was pathetic. They offered a handwash but I have no idea what they put in my car. I have been driving with my windows open to try and get the sell out. more
