I am an employee and i have seen alot of different things, and through it all i have done my best to stay professional, but there are times when it is difficult. I love my job and my customers, but just because i am in the customer service industry does not mean i should be treated badly. I cant apologize for my co-workers, but i can say, we all have good days and bad. The take out counter is one of the hardest jobs there, we (I) work hard to keep my customers happy, we all appreciate your business, even when we are not having a good day, so for all of you who said you won't come back, please do, we really appreciate you as people and customers.
