Worst

I received a facial. The techinican was alright, but she didn't listen to me when I said I have senstive skin. She exfoliated my skin and I was red and raw for the next 3 days.

First time Visit 2/10/2012

This was my first visit to Rain Salon and Spa. My daughter uses Rain Salon and told me I should try it. I was very pleased with my stylist and the facility. I will definitely be going back. more

Hair Colour and cut 2/9/2012

I LOVE Emily!! She always does an extremely great job and really listens to what you want/need!! She is the best!! I will go no where else nor will I go to anybody but her for my hair! Very happy with the front desk personnel too!! Very pleasant and always helpful! more

Kira always does an outstanding job on my hair. Love that I can go to her and she has multiple ideas for me to choose from. She always knows what will look good on me. I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit. more

Good hair! 2/2/2012

I liked the overall experience and I love the person that does my hair. I think the cost is pretty expensive. I can't continue to see her if I have to pay that much for a color. I can't imagine paying that much for any service at a salon. I'd love to continue but the last appointment was my last time coming there. more

Shameful 2/1/2012

My friend had a horrible experience with hair color in this salon. The stylist was given a 2nd opportunity to fix it & made it worse. I saw my friend's hair & it was bad. My point is this: In a negative situation...you have a chance to turn it around for positive & win a customer for life. This is what defines our true character as a person & definately, as a business owner. My friend tried to resolve her concerns w/ the salon owner. However, the owner ignored her, made excuses & then yelled at her!! Never once did the owner apologize or own up to anything. Instead, the owner tried turning it around...like it was my friend's fault. This is not a sign of good customer service!! Ultimately, the owner refused to refund $ for unsatisfactory services rendered. That just shows the owner is not a person of integrity & does not stand behind her business. What a shame to conduct herself this way in such a small community. more

No class!! 1/23/2012

My hairstylist did an ok job. But I had to listen to the stylist in the station next to me tell her client about her sex life with some "geeky engineer guy from Oregon"!! I was mortified & can only imagine what her client felt like. Come to find out, I heard that was the salon manager! I mean...have some class...geez!!! more

I have had a great experience at Rain Salon. I enjoy the little extras that they don't offer at other salons in town-head massage while having hair washed, hand and arm massage when under the dryer. Always great! more

"Hair University" 1/17/2012

I recently went to Rain to have my hair not only cut/styled, but assessed based on my own preferences etc. Michele was not only knowledgeable and helpful, she was FUN. I felt like I came away with some new skills and products that'll make the daily fight with my unruly hair manageable. =) more

Awesome Experience 1/16/2012

I went to Emily at Rain Salon and Spa for the first time last week and loved it. I already have my appointment to go back. My cut and color look fabulous; Emily is very talented and she was fun to talk to, which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend both Emily and the Rain Salon. more

Product Return 1/13/2012

I must say that my experience with Rain Spa was a positive one as long as I was paying for services and product purchases. However, when I purchased a new product package for hair loss (which totaled over $100.00)and it caused a pretty serious allergic reaction I was surprised to discover that even though I was told it could be returned I was not informed that I would not receive a refund. I was given a store credit and told to have a nice day. Not great customer service!! more

Everyone at Rain is exceptional; very professional,very friendly. More than once I've had to reschedule at the last minute, and I've always been courteously accommodated. Danielle is a top-notch hairdresser who continuously has suggestions for me when I want to try something new. more

Emily Lucas is wonderful. I've seen her for 2.5 years and I'm never disappointed. She listens and offers suggestions before styling. As a results, I love my haircut and color each time! more
