Worst

I received a facial. The techinican was alright, but she didn't listen to me when I said I have senstive skin. She exfoliated my skin and I was red and raw for the next 3 days.

This was my first time at Rain and it was a wonderful experience! The aroma of Aveda products really makes it feel like a spa, from the moment you walk in the door. I just went in for a haircut but I can't wait to go back for another service soon. more

Everyone is really friendly, beautiful and happy. It makes for a very positive experience, relaxing atmosphere, with everything to offer. I have been looking for a salon since moving to the valley and I believe I have found the ONE. Thanks to all the ladies that made my experience wonderful. more

Special Surprise was a Wonderful Treat 11/23/2011

I wanted to surprise a hard working co-worker & friend with a day at the spa, and with help from the great folks at Rain Salon and Spa we were both pampered with Carribean Manicures and Facials with eye treatments. The salon is pleasent and inviting and the folks are wonderful; they really went out of their way to make our visit extra nice. I would recommend Rain to my friends and family and look forward to my next visit. Thank you! more

No help 11/20/2011

I walked into the salon to purchase some Aveda products and and a couple questions about moisturizing treatment masques. I attempted to get one of the employees attention however they walked right passed me. Two other people came in after I did and received great customer service right away. The only reason I purchased anything was because it was 20% off. Even though I live just down the road from Rain I will be going to a different salon for future purchases & services. more

Calm break in the middle of a hectic day 11/17/2011

This salon is warm, welcoming, out to serve and make the client happy. That is very refreshing., Many times service feel like a favor to me, rather than my business is desired and appreciatied. Thank you for the very pleasant experience. I am very impressed with the privacy at each station ! I also appreciated the calming, mellow tone ! Keep at it and the best success to you. more

Not the best, not what I remembered. 11/13/2011

Rain is typically my absolute go to for spa services, massage & facials. Greeting was nice, the wait for being taken back after feeling out our survey was long. The esthetician preforming my facial didn't look at my survey & wasn't able to preform the chakra reading, the massage therapist did it for her. Both during the service were a bit noisy with lotion bottles that sounded empty & other items that were dropped. Lastly, the esthetician would of known I didn't want my head touched at all, had she read the beginning survey, overall she acted uninterested and distracted during the facial. Friend mention that the massage was okay. Steam room-great, front desk staff-great. Overall I was bummed. more

Went to Rain because my stylist relocated to Rain. I was truly impressed with the friendliness, the atmosphere, but most of all, because my stylist had the freedom to perform without restrictions. She was in her element, which was passed on to me! I HIGHLY recommend RAIN! more

Getting ready for family photos 11/10/2011

Family photos got scheduled really quick and wouldn't you know it, I had an appointment scheduled for the day after. I needed to move it up but with only 2 days available, I knew I was going to be out of luck. Of course, with short notice, my favorite stylist, Karyssa, was booked the day of the shoot. But she offered to stay late that very same day I called to get me in. I have never been disappointed with the service and friendliness of the people working there. Always professional but also very personal. Needless to say the haircut was fantastic and the family photos turned out great. Thank you Rain Salon! more
