Worst

I received a facial. The techinican was alright, but she didn't listen to me when I said I have senstive skin. She exfoliated my skin and I was red and raw for the next 3 days.

This is a wonderful salon. Impeccably designed and decorated, it feels upscale and nice. Staff are friendly, prompt and quick to greet and assist you. After moving here, I searched in Meridian for a few years to find the right fit and I will be a returning client for years to come. You won't be disappointed! more

I have been going to Rain Salon and Spa since I first moved to Boise, and they have always been an absolute delight. The business itself is just wonderful, and the employees are fantastic. I recently returned home from a deployment to Afghanistan, and the first place I went was for a spa day at Rain. It was a wonderful welcome home! more

I thought my experience was positive. The salon has a clean and professional spa. I was greeted right away and I didn't have to wait long. The pricing was good. The service was great. I love that they offer free bang trims. Emily did a nice job on my hair. I definitely will be back to use her services. more

It's always a pleasure to see Savannah. She is so nice and makes you feel at home right away. She takes care of your every need and you never have to worry about a thing.I love how my hair looks and feels, and I get plenty of compliments. She is also very good at recommending the right products. I am very pleased with my experience at the Rain Salon and Spa. I will booking all of my appointments there. more

Extremely pleasant salon! 9/30/2011

Everyone is very friendly and professional. Since I arrived a few minutes early, I was sitting in the waiting area and had at least three employees greet and ask how I was doing. I appreciate being recognized as important even though I was not their customer. Thanks for making me feel special! more
