I've been coming here since I moved to the area in January. Stephanie is amazing! She always knows what to do with my hair, whether I want a slight change or just a touch up! I also enjoy getting a massage by Amy or Jolene. Can't say enough good things! more

Ashley made me feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire experience. She also gave me lots of info on how to take care of things in the next few days. I would gladly recommend her to everyone I know. more

I called in first time and they were able to get me in 15 minutes before closing. Karyssa provided me with a great haircut and was so nice and accomodating. The girl at the front desk was also helpful and nice. I have already scheduled my next appointment for hair color with Karyssa. I'm really glad I gave them a try. more

I received a massage and pedicure here as a gift. (A very expensive gift, too.) When I was late for my appointment (couldn't find the place), the older lady at the front desk said I had to forfeit the pedicure and could not reschedule. We're talking $60.00. The place was EMPTY and there were 3 of them standing up front. I couldn't believe it. I was a new customer, and I was embarrassed and apologetic, and she was RUDE. This put me in a horrible mood and my massage was horrible, too. Total gift over $120 was a waste of money. Granted, I should not have been late, but I am the customer and I shouldn't have been made to pay for missing an appointment at an empty salon. I don't think I kept another appointment from happening. I only got 30 minutes of a 60 minute massage, and the pedicure never even happened. Bad business. I had to prepare for 3 hours the night before to leave my job in the middle of the day for the appointment. I gave up one of 2 personal days I get in a year. I was late, but they should have worked with me. I love Aveda and would have come back (the gift was from my husband), but I will never go there again. Humiliating and Horrible experience. more

I've been getting monthly facials at RAIN since June 2011 and I'm fully addicted. Not just to the relaxing atmosphere of their spa area but to all the compliments I've been recieving on my skin. I've never been complimented on my skin in my life! Ellie is wonderful and has been so helpful with recommendations; makeup, skin products, local concerts, etc. I absolutely recommend RAIN and Ellie. more

I have been in the salon many times. My stylist Michelle is amazing!! She listens to my needs and is patient with me when I want something new. I appreciate her and want to Thank her for really making sure that she is doing exactly what I want each and every time. That is hard to find in a stylist!!! more

I have been to Rain Salon and Spa for several massages by Amy. She is the best in the business. I had such bad back pain that I couldn't hardly walk and when she was finished I felt so much better. She sped up my recovery time! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help at Rain Salon and Spa. A great place to try!! more

I've been a bleach blonde my entire life (insert dumb blonde joke here.) Regardless, a few months ago, I decided to go brown. It was a huge step for me and I was literally shaking. Emily played therapist-- asking me questions about why I was making this change and how it might make me feel. She wanted to ensure this was a good choice for me, and even poured me a glass of wine to calm my nerves. :) Sadie did an EXCELLENT job with my color. She had to take me ORANGE before she could take me brown... so I was nervous, but the end result was fabulous. I went back last week for a touch up, and decided to go EVEN darker. Now I have the prettiest blackish brown hair with red-ish undertones. more
