Worst

I received a facial. The techinican was alright, but she didn't listen to me when I said I have senstive skin. She exfoliated my skin and I was red and raw for the next 3 days.

~~HAIR CLIENTS BEWARE!!~~ 1/6/2012

After reading positive reviews, I decided to try Rain. The stylist turned my beautiful blonde hair ash GRAY! I gave her a 2nd chance to re-do it & she turned it reddish/gold. To make matters worse, she discolored the collar of my shirt when the hair dye bled through her cape. My experience was horrible! I attempted to contact the manager & owner in person, by phone & email for over 2 weeks...to give them an opportunity to resolve things. I ended up going to another salon that I trusted to fix my color & had to spend for services twice. When Rain's salon owner, Mechelle, called me back (almost 30 days later) she stood by her "top colorist" & disavowed all of my concerns. Bottom line, this salon does NOT guarantee their products or services and the owner is VERY unprofessional! I wanted to warn the public, to save anyone the trouble that I experienced there! more

Elle skilled knowledge of Aveda products produces a relaxing experience mentally, spiritually & physically. My skin has never felt &/or looked so great!! more

Go to Amy for a massage! She is very experienced and I had a wonderful relaxing massage. I also think the facility is beautiful and really appreciated the steam room after. Thanks Amy!!! more

My first time at the salon and I just loved it. Everyone was so friendly and my stylist did not seem rushed she took her time just for me. The salon was very clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Will refer my friends for sure more

I have been seeing Emily for the last 2 years and she is fantastic. She is kind, patient and listens to me and respects my likes and dislikes. She is great and I highly recommend her. You can't wrong here. The front staff set the tone - Chera and Rachel are so friendly and helpful and whether you come for a facial or massage or a haircut, you are in for a real treat. more

I wanted to treat my daughter to a pre-Christmas pedicure. I called Rain and they got us together. The experience was marvelous, as was the staff's attention to detail. Thanks so much. more

Good Massage 12/21/2011

Came in cranky beings I had a gift certificate for $130 and when setting my appointment was told they wanted my credit card in case I did a "no show". After convincing the person that they could keep my gift certificate if I did a no show....I was allowed to set my appointment. Once getting there Stephanie Canning (therapist) did a wonderful job at my fusion hot stone massage-she had all the kinks worked out before I left and my attitude was much better!!! I had a pedicure and with pretty polish on my toes it always makes me feel great!! My therapist, Stephanie left me a basket of ideas to purchase that would continue to make me feel better everyday...and it does help! more

I loved Natalie, but I lost three toes (or at least the polish on them) in less than two days! Kind of disappointed that they didn't last. more

Great Cut & Friendly Service 12/17/2011

I went to Rain Salon & Spa for the first time and loved my time there. I had my hair done by Sadie who was very professional and knowledgable about the products, but so sweet and fun to visit with. Loved my haircut and will definately be a repeat customer! Thank you so much Sadie! more

I had a wonderful experiance with Saddie. I have gone to the same hair stylist for 20 years. I wanted to try someone new at an aveda salon. I was a bit nervous but Sadie did a great job. I am excited to have a new hair style and I look forward to seeing her again soon!! more

Really Good Experience 12/16/2011

I really enjoyed my experience at Rain Salon & Spa. The atmosphere is really cool. The only criticism I have it the strong smell of what I think is eucalyptus (?). I'm not a huge fan of the AVEDA products because I think that's where the smell is coming from? However, I loved the job the stylist did on my cut and style. She was wonderful, and I will be scheduling with her again. more

Just want you to know how GREAT Ellie is! Not only is she great at her profession, but she is always chatty & nice. My day was a bit "blah" yesterday & it had been a stressfull week...but Ellie got me chatting & laughing. Not only did I feel great after my appointment with her, but I felt refreshed as well :) Her energy is contagious! :) more

Always a great experience 12/13/2011

I go to Rain Salon and Spa regularly for waxing and I have never had a bad experience. I always receive a warm, friendly greeting (by name) and am offered drinks and other niceties. The service is always prompt and everyone is super friendly. Ellie is an absolute treasure! more

Great, high-class spa! 12/12/2011

This spa is beautiful and clean! They have a pretty nice staff usually and many competent stylists! The one time I did have a compliant, they respectfully listened to what I had to say and immediately compensated me. Great place! more
