Worst

I received a facial. The techinican was alright, but she didn't listen to me when I said I have senstive skin. She exfoliated my skin and I was red and raw for the next 3 days.

Hair cut 10/31/2011

Worse hair cut. Even with Groupon it was expensive. The other treatment was worthless. My hair is very kinky curly and she shouldn't have cut it if she didn't know how. It is too short and very un-even. It looked okay when I left as she must have put enough product and pulled it enough to make it look okay when I left. Now i cannot get it to look presentable and have to wear a pony tail and wait for it to grow. I have a predicure and another cut with color scheduled and will cancel as soon as possible. I am very upset and dissapointed! more

We dyed my daughters hair with a store box hair color without realizing it was Black until it was too late - I called around to some other salons to see if they could help fix it & get it her in. Rain was so wonderful they got us in - and made sure her hair would be as healthy as possible. Their fees were very reasonable and made us feel so cared for all the way around. I will recommend this salon to all of my friends I am very pleased with our experience :) Thank you Natalie for being so patient and wonderful with my daughter - can't wait for my appointment :) more

Loved it. Great experience. I felt very pampered. I used the Groupon special andwill return. I went on line and purchased both of my adult daughters the Groupon special so they could try out the salon. more

the salon is fabulous - nicely done with a calm that permeates. Savannah was beyond the best. Took the time to very carefully understand exactly what I wanted, confirmed she was on the right track several times with me and then performed it to perfection. Thanx! more

Delightful Experience 10/27/2011

I took a chance and walked in yesterday (for the FIRST time). I received a nice welcome. I was fortunate to get right in for a cut and style. Angela was very nice, did a good job, and gave me a nice tour. I will definitely go back as it is a tranquil environment. more

My first appointment with Angela assured me that I had found the right salon. Angela was very friendly, professional and made intelligent inquiries to insure I received the hair color and cut I wanted. The salon is very modern, clean, well-stocked plus great service and I have already made an appointment to return. Kudos Rain Salon! more

I am pleased with the service at Rain EVERY TIME I go in, but my facial today was phenomenal! Ellie looked at my skin and recommended a treatment I had never tried. The plant "peel" was terrific and made my face so smooth....best of all, no chemicals meant no redness!! And everything smells so good! Thanks again Ellie! more

I love Rain Salon and get a great highlite and cut from Mechele every time. The atmosphere is great and the hand massages while under the dryer are a stress reliever. Would recommend Rain to any of my friends!! more
