I like updates on the status of the repair via email. I also like that the inside was vacuumed and cleaned.

Worst

There was grease on my visor and my sunroof. The tray in the trunk was damaged.

Quick and painless 1/26/2011

RPM did a great job. Everything went smoothly, they kept me updated and there was literally nothing to worry about. They set up the rental car and everything. Between the folks at RPM and the insurance rep, things couldn't have gone any more smoothly. I will certainly use RPM again, just hope I don't need to. more

I was constantly updated about the status of my vehicle so I didn't have to make any phone calls. They have everything streamlined so you don't have to wait long to check in and check out. Professional and helpful shop, will recommend to anyone who needs body or repair work. more

Good repair and service, suggest a courtesy shuttle 1/21/2011

I thought the repair was very good. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest would be to offer some sort of courtesy shuttle. I had to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby for a cab. Even if they charged a little for it, it would be something. Arranging to have a cab or a friend come get you is a total pain. more

My car was brought in after being hit during a collision 12/8/2010

I was completely satisfied by the job performed by RPM. My car was completed in a timely manner, I was apprised via email about the progress on a continuous basis and the completed job was excellent. RPM coordinated my rental car and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and professional. I would recommend RPM's services to all of my friends and would absolutely use them again. more

It was a good experience 11/26/2010

My overall experience with RPM was good. I appreciated that Chris and Ian from Progressive were able to work with RPM on my behalf when I was unable to pick my car on the Friday that it was ready. Because of that, I was able to overlook the slight inconvenience that it caused me when I had to return my vehicle because my back door would not open with the key remote. I was also very grateful that it was something minor such as flipping a switch in my vehicle to get it back working. more

Average 11/10/2010

I had some doubts about credibility when I was able to retrieve my car and drive away after paying the amount due according to the computer records. However, latervI was told I needed to come back and pay an extra amount of $1500.00 for additional services rendered. This behavior looked suspicious, mmmmmmmmmmmm God's blessings and grace be with ALL. RESPONSE FROM RPM Collision & Services: Customer had received two checks from the insurance company for her car and did not mention it to us. Therefore after talking to the insurance company she was notified to bring the check and give it to the shop. The shop collected only the amount that was due to them from the insurance company. more
